Important Notice for New Applicants: Do not mail your fingerprint cards until an active application has been submitted and paid for. Fingerprint cards mailed to our office without a pending/paid application will be returned.
At each scheduled Board meeting, Board members review and approve the minutes from the previous Board meeting. Once approved, minutes are posted to the website.
Additional records from the NCBDN can be searched using the tools of the State Archives of North Carolina or the State Library of North Carolina, both under the NC Department of Natural and Cultural Resources.
