FULFILLMENT POLICY
A charge to your credit card in and of itself does not constitute approval of your application for initial licensure or renewal. However, if your application for initial licensure and/or renewal is approved, or a request for a duplicate licensure certificate is processed, no refund will be issued.
Once an application for initial licensure or renewal has been approved or a request for a duplicate certificate has been processed, all licensure materials will be available for download via the NCBDN online gateway.
